In this mobile role, you will maintain and service retail refrigeration systems across a defined North London patch to keep sites compliant, efficient, and operational. You will work within a structured service setup supported by planning and technical support teams, handling both planned maintenance and reactive calls. Training is available to strengthen CO₂ pack system expertise, aligning with the supermarket estate portfolio. This position offers a clear development path and a chance to contribute to reliable refrigeration across multiple stores, with a 1 in 4 standby rota providing exposure to on-call responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance across store refrigeration assets
• Reactive service support across multiple retail sites
• Support of CO₂ pack environments (training available)
• Diagnose faults and propose repair solutions
• Minor installations and system modifications
• Participate in a structured 1 in 4 standby rota

Key requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration (or equivalent)
• F-Gas Category 1
• Full UK driving licence
• Supermarket experience beneficial but not essential
