Overview

In this role you will lead a start-to-finish delivery of a 5m steel-frame industrial project for a growing contractor in West London. You will work within the main contracting environment, coordinating on-site activities and ensuring timely, quality delivery. The position offers exposure to industrial/warehouse schemes and a chance to shape the project from early planning through completion. This is a hands-on leadership role that drives project success in a fast-paced construction setting.

Responsibilities

• oversee project lifecycle from start to finish
• manage delivery of a 5m steel-frame industrial project
• coordinate on-site activities and subcontractors (within Main Contractor context)
• ensure timeline, quality and safety compliance
• facilitate communication with stakeholders and client as needed

Key requirements

• Project Manager experience with a reputable Main Contractor
• track record on new build industrial/warehouse projects
• steel frame experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• ability to commute to West London
