Overview

In this role you will lead a flagship RC frame residential development in Central London, coordinating the build from inception through completion. You will work within a project team reporting to a Project Director, guiding on-site delivery with Assistant/Site Managers under your supervision. The role focuses on delivering luxury apartments at scale, across a high-profile urban scheme. Responsibilities

• Oversee RC frame residential development from inception to completion
• Coordinate and lead on-site team including Assistant/Site Managers
• Report to the Project Director and align with project milestones
• Ensure delivery quality, safety, and programme adherence on site

Key requirements

• Experience with RC frame schemes for residential developments (luxury apartments) from inception through completion
• CSCS Black Card (Desirable)
• SMSTS (Desirable)
• First Aid (Desirable)
• CIOB membership (Desirable)
