You’ll lead a cross-functional team, applying Operational Excellence to reduce waste and solve problems in real time. Responsibilities
- Create and deliver development plans
- Coach frontline team members to solve problems
- Manage performance, conduct reviews, and support coaching
- Align activities with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with other teams to improve operations
- Coach on Operational Excellence principles and tools
- Lead and deliver Operational Excellence initiatives and projects
- Identify waste and pursue improvement opportunities
- Apply PDCA techniques to achieve long‑term fixes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving
Key requirements
- Experience in Food Production or FMCG background
- Proven people leadership and performance management
- Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities
- Ability to drive development plans and succession planning
- Willingness to lead cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with Operational Excellence and PDCA techniques
- Ability to visit workstations and facilitate real-time issue resolution
