Overview
In this role you join a well-established Surrey practice to manage a private client caseload with focus on wills and probate. You will work within a supportive team and have the autonomy to grow your offering in the area, developing client relationships and expanding the firm’s private client footprint. The role combines hands-on case management with opportunities to influence service quality and growth. Your work will revolve around delivering a high-standard private client service in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage own wills and probate caseload
- Handle powers of attorney and Court of Protection work (beneficial)
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and referrers
- Contribute to the growth of the private client offering in Surrey
- Provide high-quality, client-focused private client services
- Support and collaborate with colleagues to maintain breadth of work
Key requirements
- 8+ years PQE
- Proven experience managing own caseload
- Wills and probate experience
- Knowledge of powers of attorney and Court of Protection beneficial
