Overview
In this role you will handle a range of property litigation matters within social housing, advising housing providers, authorities and sector clients. You will work closely with the Property Litigation team to develop specialist expertise in a supportive, values-driven firm. You will manage a personal caseload, draft legal documents and represent clients at hearings while contributing to business development. This is an early-career opportunity to build long-term client relationships and advance technical proficiency in a meaningful practice area.

Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Support senior lawyers on complex matters
- Advise on housing management issues and disputes
- Draft pleadings, correspondence and legal documentation
- Represent clients at court hearings and mediations
- Contribute to business development and client relationship activities
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with 0-3 Years PQE
- Experience or strong interest in property litigation and/or social housing law
- Strong drafting, organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative and client focused approach
