Regional Agricultural Manager (AMC) – North West England and Southern Scotland

Overview

As Regional Agricultural Manager, you will lead relationship development and lending growth across the Northwest England and South of Scotland for AMC within the Group’s Bank division. You’ll work with a network of agents, intermediaries, and professionals to deliver supported finance solutions and build regional strategies. The role involves significant travel and some hub-based collaboration to drive new business and manage client needs. This is a chance to shape agricultural lending and support cross-functional teams in a values-driven, diversity-forward organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key customer, AMC Agent, and professional relationships within your region
• Address customer needs with AMC product offerings in your region
• Support team development and informal coaching, pursuing personal development opportunities
• Develop and deliver a growth plan for your region
• Collaborate with internal partners to generate Switcher, HP & Leasing leads for Commercial Finance

Key requirements

• Experienced finance and/or business professional with a strong local network
• Proven track record in new business development
• Experience in credit applications
• Background working with intermediaries
• Strong preference for agricultural sector experience or farming background
