QE AI Lead Engineer

Overview

In this role you will lead a cutting-edge Quality Engineering team that integrates AI/GenAI capabilities across the full SDLC. You drive a product-oriented QE portfolio, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable quality improvements. You champion shift-left testing and AI-enabled testing strategies to create value for clients. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping innovative QA approaches and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of Quality Engineering assets and services
• Guide cross-functional teams across the full SDLC beyond testing and QE
• Mentor team on AI testing tools and methodologies
• Champion shift-left testing and SDLC efficiencies
• Define and track quality metrics to demonstrate value
• Collaborate with Front-end teams and stakeholders to align on requirements
• Build and evolve advanced test automation frameworks and AI workflows

Key requirements

• Senior QE SDET Engineer or Senior Developer with breadth across multiple tech stacks
• Experience with AI tools and agentic AI concepts (RAG, Langchain, OpenAI, Weaviate)
• Hands-on product building across the full SDLC
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in a range of testing frameworks and automation tools
• Experience with CI/CD and containerization
• Familiarity with performance, security and non-functional testing
