In this role you design bespoke, luxury itineraries for high-net-worth members, building deep relationships and delivering transformative travel experiences. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate exclusive journeys and manage ongoing client needs with discretion. You help grow Ten’s Private Travel division by leveraging networks, partnerships, and insider access to premium destinations. Responsibilities

• Curate luxury itineraries reflecting client preferences
• Manage and grow key member relationships and family-office connections
• Attract new members through networking and promoting services
• Develop and host events to showcase offerings
• Collaborate with product/content, concierge, and operations teams to execute plans
• Stay informed on luxury travel trends to elevate service quality
• Leverage DMC partnerships to ensure premium on-ground support

Key requirements

• Proven experience as Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for ultra-luxury clients with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in the global luxury travel market with established connections
• Exceptional interpersonal and client-engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle last-minute changes
• Superior organizational skills and meticulous execution
• Availability for round-the-clock client service
• Proficiency with advanced travel management software and luxury travel tools
• Bonus: experience with a GDS system
