Overview

As Supplier Relationship Executive, you will support the implementation and ongoing management of Hastings’ building repair network. You will help onboard and govern contractors across UK regions to ensure high-quality repairs, strong customer outcomes, and solid commercial performance. You will analyse contractor and network data to identify improvements and drive value with stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Support the Building Network Manager with implementing and operating the building repair network
• Coordinate contractor onboarding, ongoing assurance requirements and governance (monthly/quarterly meetings)
• Organise and attend contractor and industry events as required
• Maintain a strong contractor management framework for oversight of customer outcomes
• Utilise MI from contractors and market to analyse operational and commercial performance and drive improvements
• Build relationships with the contractor network to understand performance and enable improvements
• Create and maintain clear network performance reporting for stakeholders and ensure effective feedback loops

Key requirements

• Extensive experience with a national building repair network
• Strong market knowledge of building repair costs and commercial dynamics in insurance claims
• Strong analytical ability with experience in MI and communicating to varied stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence change
