Overview

In this role you lead the on-site delivery of a bespoke 10,000 sq ft luxury home in Weybridge, reporting to a premium residential developer. You will guide the project from inception through to completion, ensuring exceptional finish and seamless coordination with the team. You’ll manage build execution, safety, and quality to meet the high standards of luxury housing. This is a chance to shape a flagship residence while working within a small, client-focused construction team.

Responsibilities

• lead on-site delivery of a luxury residential project from inception to completion
• oversee build performance, schedule and coordination with trades
• maintain high standards of finish and quality control on a bespoke home
• ensure safety compliance and site governance throughout the project
• liaise with stakeholders and manage daily site operations

Key requirements

• track record delivering luxury residential properties from inception through to completion
• experience with bespoke residential developers
• tickets/certifications on site (see below)
