Engineering Team Leader

Overview

As Engineering Team Leader, you will head the shift-based engineering activity, owning maintenance, breakdown response and performance for a 24/7 production site. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with production, and drive both planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime. The role follows a 5 on / 5 off days and nights pattern, offering structure and hands-on leadership. You will shape site performance through proactive problem-solving and direct impact on maintenance quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Key requirements
