Overview

Join EY’s Funds Tax team in London to advise UK and international funds, including private equity, on partnership matters, fund reporting, and cross-border tax issues. You will help senior principals, expand your network, and contribute to new business opportunities. You’ll stay current on global UK/international tax developments and receive training to advance your tax career. This role combines client-facing advisory with technical problem-solving in a supportive, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide partnership advisory, UK fund reporting, and fund structuring
• Deliver fund advisory projects and cross-border tax services
• Collaborate with Private Client Services to support principals’ tax affairs
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities
• Maintain and expand technical knowledge on global tax developments

Key requirements

• ATT/CTA/ACA/ICAS/ACCA Qualified
• Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically
