Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of private law children and domestic abuse matters
• Advise clients on options, outcomes, risks and timescales
• Scope fees and manage budgets for matters
• Support junior lawyers with technical and business guidance
• Build internal and external networks of clients and intermediaries
• Attend networking events and contribute to marketing initiatives
• Develop niche or sector expertise
• Participate in team pitches and collaborative projects
• Track progress against KPIs and assist with risk management

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in family law, with experience in private law children and domestic abuse
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Ability to manage own files and delegate effectively
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to risk
