Overview

In this Manager role within EY’s Liquidity team, you will help clients optimise liquidity, cash management, and working capital through advisory work and treasury technology. You will scope engagements, guide delivery, and coach junior staff while managing engagement economics and client communication. You’ll contribute to business development by responding to proposals and expanding networks. This position sits in EY’s Strategy and Transactions, offering exposure to cross-functional teams and broad treasury advisory opportunities. Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver projects to high standards; define engagement approaches with clients
• Prepare budgets, staff engagements, and track engagement economics
• Coach and develop junior team members during delivery
• Support senior team with business development and proposals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the transaction lifecycle

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a finance role with large corporates or advisory
• 3+ years’ experience in treasury or cash management in consulting or corporate treasury
• Excellent project management with multi-assignment capability in a fast-paced setting
• People management experience and coaching track record
• Ability to share knowledge and build relationships across levels
• Flexible and positive attitude; strong relationship-building skills
