Finance Manager (Newly Qualified)

Overview

In this role you will support the Finance Director in a London-based property investment and development business. You will manage financial reporting for a portfolio of assets and contribute to the group function, while partnering with the commercial team on cash flow and asset performance. You will own budgeting, forecasting and statutory reporting processes, helping the business grow through strong financial oversight. This is a hands-on position with clear ownership and a path toward future seniority.

Responsibilities

• Management or reporting for a portfolio of assets and group function
• Ownership of statutory reporting process including liaison with auditors
• Creation and delivery of budgets and forecasts
• Business partnering with the commercial team on cash flow and asset performance

Key requirements

• Qualified professional with exposure to construction/property development sector
• 3–5 years’ experience in the field
• Interest in progressing to FC level in industry
