Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on building-specific and civil design matters
• Produce, review, and assess technical documentation and deliverables
• Participate in technical meetings and coordinate with stakeholders
• Review technical specifications and engineering studies
• Ensure solutions comply with standards and project requirements
• Contribute to lessons learned and best practices
• Manage technical surveillance activities and surveillance programs
• Coordinate resolution of technical queries from contractors
• Support development and improvement of contract management tools and processes
• Lead technical discussions with suppliers and project partners
• Foster knowledge sharing across multidisciplinary teams

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Strong background in civil engineering design/delivery on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience reviewing technical specifications, studies, and engineering documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and complex environments
