Overview

In this role you will support leading sponsor-focused private equity and M&A transactions from a London platform. You will work within the Private Equity team to handle high-value deals in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment, contributing to top-tier transactional work. You will have clear progression as you develop within a highly regarded London practice. This position offers exposure to premium sponsor work and a collaborative, high-caliber culture.

Responsibilities

• Advise on private equity and M&A transactions for sponsor clients
• Operate within a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex transactions
• Contribute to high-value, multijurisdictional deals

Key requirements

• 2–6 years’ PQE in private equity or M&A
• Experience at a leading City or US firm
• Technical confidence and commercial awareness
