Overview

As a Junior Quant Implementation Consultant, you join a team building cross-asset trading and risk management applications for top financial institutions. You will manage projects, tailor client-facing developments, and help turn requirements into working solutions. This role blends software delivery with business consulting and end-user support. A dynamic entry point into quant-focused engineering with growth toward ownership of products and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage own projects and collaborate with quants to deliver client-specific development
• Develop data interfaces, workflows and custom features for client systems
• Define and execute system test plans to verify requirements
• Gather client requirements and translate them into development documentation
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Train users on technical configuration and features
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout implementation and upgrades

Key requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical discipline
• Experience with programming languages (C#, C++, Python)
• Experience writing code beyond academic work, preferably in a commercial setting
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under direction
