In this role you will handle a varied property litigation caseload for developers, investors and landlords, providing strategic advice and advocacy. You will work within a dynamic team across offices in the East of England, participating in court hearings, mediations and negotiations. You will stay informed on changes in property litigation law to ensure compliant, high‑quality guidance. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse property litigation caseload (landlord/tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, possession claims)
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations
• Provide high-quality legal advice and practical solutions to developers, investors, and commercial landlords
• Keep up to date with property litigation developments and ensure regulatory compliance
• Review and advise on property litigation documentation
• Attend court hearings and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions
• Liaise with clients and third parties

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in property litigation
• Strong experience handling a broad range of property litigation matters
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and provide strategic advice
• Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills
