Overview
In this role you will lead the mechanical construction and façade work on a high-value mixed-use project in Central London. You will coordinate the external envelope and M&E phases, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. You will work closely with subcontractors and the core project team to drive progress, safety, and quality on a mega construction effort. This position offers progression on a multi-billion pound development with strong benefits. You will play a pivotal role in shaping delivery on a flagship scheme.

Responsibilities
- Oversee façade/external works and the mechanical and electrical phases on a mega mixed-use project
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site execution
- Monitor progress against schedule and budget, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensure health and safety standards are met on site (HSE compliance)
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve design, procurement, and logistics issues
Key requirements
- degree qualified or similar construction degree
- experience on major schemes (commercial offices, residential, or mixed-use)
