Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor to senior executives across Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Utilities, Energy and Life Sciences
  • Shape and deliver technology and digital strategies aligned with growth, efficiency, resilience, customer experience and innovation
  • Lead delivery of complex engagements: IT/digital strategies, operating models, cloud/app modernization, enterprise architecture, governance and transformation
  • Provide programme assurance, governance design, benefits tracking and risk management
  • Develop and expand executive relationships within strategic accounts; identify and convert consulting opportunities
  • Lead business development activities including proposals and executive-level presentations
  • Coach and mentor consultants; foster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with Gartner values

Key requirements

  • Experience leading client engagements end to end with senior stakeholders
  • Strong management consulting and technology strategy background
  • Proven ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives
  • Commercial acumen with revenue growth, account expansion and proposals
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Utilities, Energy and/or Life Sciences
  • Ability to operate in a fast-growing consulting environment and collaborate across teams
