P6 Project Planner

Overview

As a Project Planner, you ensure the schedule quality and on-time delivery for a large subsea project. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, manufacturing and other planners to maintain an accurate, integrated plan. You guide risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions while providing clear status updates to stakeholders. This role places you at the center of delivering world-class control systems in a dynamic energy environment, shaping project execution and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project schedule quality and ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with product line planners, engineering planners, and execution teams to maintain schedule integrity
• Assist project management by providing visibility on upcoming tasks, schedule risks, and mitigation actions
• Produce reports for project management to support informed decision-making
• Interface with customers to provide schedule updates and discuss challenges and opportunities
• Adhere to approved processes and drive implementation of integrated planning initiatives

Key requirements

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering / Math / Science or equivalent
• Experience in planning, preferably in oil and gas/subsea or large-scale manufacturing/controls environments
• Expertise in Primavera P6
• Knowledge of Oracle MRP is a plus
• Ability to link schedule status to execution reality and identify risks/opportunities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
