Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned Business Units
• Develop understanding of profiles by building relationships with hiring managers
• Utilize multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative sourcing strategies
• Maintain and leverage a candidate database for sourcing and tracking

Key requirements

• 4-7 years’ experience in corporate or agency recruitment
• Consistent track-record of success in metrics- or goal-based talent acquisition
