HVAC Engineer

Overview

In this role you will lead the on-site HVAC maintenance for a key corporate client in London, ensuring reliable cooling and heating systems in line with legislation. You will work within the OCS maintenance team to handle planned and reactive tasks, coordinate with contractors, and optimize BMS-based controls for occupancy needs. Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling and heating systems on site in compliance with legislation and SFG 20
• Escort contractors on site to ensure safe and compliant work
• Perform reactive investigations and first-fix repairs on mechanical equipment
• Schedule HVAC operations and adjust temperatures via BMS to meet occupancy requirements
• Complete all work to high standards and ensure timely paperwork submission
• Support other maintenance team members to maintain site operations

Key requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing, heating and ventilation
• F GAS Category 1
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience in corporate environment is advantageous
• Multiskilled or general fabric maintenance experience is advantageous
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Clear understanding of customer care and promoting services
