In this London-based opportunity, you join a leading recruiter to connect with firms seeking non-contentious construction lawyers across associate to partner levels. You’ll engage with a range of firms from global powerhouses to boutiques, supporting growth in a buoyant market. The role centers on advising on non-contentious construction matters while building and following a strong client base. You will collaborate with cross-firm teams and contribute to business development in a dynamic legal landscape.

Responsibilities

• advise on non-contentious construction matters
• develop and maintain a client base or following
• collaborate with internal teams across firms
• support business development and networking to grow opportunities
• facilitate discussions for partnership and career progression

Key requirements

• 2-4 PQE for associates (West End and boutique firms)
• 4-6 PQE for associates at Top City firms
• 6+ PQE for senior associates at several firms
• 6+ PQE for senior roles in some listings
• demonstrated client following or plan to grow one (for partners and ambitious senior associates)
• London-based availability for confidential discussions
