Senior Payroll Specialist

Overview

In this role you will lead payroll operations to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing and high service levels for employees. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive system maintenance and digital payroll initiatives, while maintaining meticulous records and regulatory compliance. You’ll guide payroll specialists and support continuous improvement in a dynamic environment within Schneider Electric’s IMPACT culture. Responsibilities

• Guarantee payroll reliability and quality within scope, ensuring compliance with local laws and collective agreements
• Provide guidance and advisory support to payroll specialists to maintain accuracy and timeliness
• Manage payroll logistics and administrative duties, including system maintenance and training coordination
• Support digital transformation initiatives and system evolution in collaboration with Schneider Digital
• Monitor payroll legislation compliance and maintain detailed records and documentation

Key requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in payroll operations (gross-to-net calculations, deductions, benefits)
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
