You will leverage an established client following to build a significant practice, aiming for partnership through entrepreneurial growth and strategic planning. You will work with trusted clients and receive guidance on business planning and development to advance your career. Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a personal client following within a city/West End context
• Build a scalable practice and position for future partnership
• Engage in business planning and provide strategic guidance for client development
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and internal stakeholders
• Evaluate opportunities across boutique and top-tier firms to optimize career trajectory

Key requirements

• Minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a UK City or West End law firm
• England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Demonstrated client following of 80–200k (depending on practice area)
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with drive to build a significant practice
• Comfort working in boutique, Top 50 City, or US law firm environments
• Strong personal brand and ability to attract and retain clients
