Production Team Leader

Overview

In this role you lead the QC Test Team on Cameras Production to ensure quality output and smooth operations on the production floor. You will guide and develop the team, coordinate with engineering and production administration, and drive performance metrics. Your efforts help strengthen our production capabilities and contribute to delivering reliable, market-leading imaging solutions. This is a hands-on leadership position in Belfast with room to grow the team and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• supervise and motivate the production team daily
• delegate tasks and oversee operations and output
• provide performance feedback and report metrics
• liaise with engineering, production administration and other teams
• lead process improvements and contribute to revenue and internal processes
• develop the team in collaboration with the Production Manager

Key requirements

• HNC/HND level or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience in a high-tech production environment
• OR ONC/OND level or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience in a high tech production environment
• experience in supporting and training other technical staff
• experience in a manufacturing environment
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office)
