Project & Installation Engineers – Registration of Interest

Overview

In this role you contribute core engineering skills to offshore projects and tendering activities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, sustainable solutions. You may work onshore, onsite, or offshore, interfacing with multiple functions and suppliers. You will help shape engineering studies, vessel and equipment processes, and offshore engineering deliverables with a focus on timely, within-budget performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to projects, tenders, studies, vessels, and offshore processes
• Collaborate within a team and advise other functions as needed
• Work across onshore, on-site, and offshore environments
• Support interfaces across project structures including drawing office, document control, project management, clients, and suppliers
• Contribute to delivering work within time and budget constraints
• Apply offshore operations, planning processes, and risk assessment practices

Key requirements

• Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine, Offshore Engineering or similar (BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc)
• Experience in offshore energy, with disciplines such as Subsea IRM, Construction, Diving, foundations, cables/umbilicals, heavy lift or reel lay
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary project teams
• Ability to support interfaces across project structures and with suppliers
• Proven ability to deliver within time and budget constraints
• Willingness to work offshore and travel for short-term assignments
