Full Stack Developer

Overview

In this role you will develop backend and platform capabilities for two core insurance products, joining a small, agile, and collaborative team. You will focus on delivering robust backend solutions while working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable software. The position offers a clear path to leadership and operates in a modern tech stack. You will contribute to a culture of practical delivery and cross-functional teamwork.

Pay / Benefits

• Up to 60,000 depending on experience
• 5% performance bonus

Responsibilities

• develop backend and platform features for Schemes Underwriting System and Policy Administration System
• work within a small, agile team with strong communication
• focus on backend/backend-first platform development

Key requirements

• 4-5 years’ experience as a .NET Developer
• strong backend and platform development skills
• experience in a B2B or software house environment
