Night Duty Manager

Overview

In this role you ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for guests staying overnight at Park Hyatt London River Thames. You will lead night-time front office activities, manage late arrivals and departures, and coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations. Your focus on accuracy in night audits, health, safety and security will uphold the luxury standard of the hotel. This is a hands-on leadership position in a premium hospitality setting with opportunities to influence guest satisfaction and nightly service quality. Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to guests during night hours.
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests.
• Oversee night audits and generate accurate daily transaction reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering and other departments for smooth night operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for nighttime operations.
• Manage health, safety, and security tasks with regular patrols and inspections.

Key requirements

• Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment (preferred).
