Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from instruction to resolution (divorce, financial remedy, private law children, cohabitation disputes, prenups)
• Handle complex financial cases involving business interests, pensions, and property portfolios
• Represent clients at court hearings and through ADR processes
• Provide strategic, compassionate, outcome-focused advice with emotional intelligence
• Support team goals and contribute to development within a collaborative culture
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and client advocacy

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE in family law
• Experience in divorce, finances and private law children matters
• Strong advocacy skills and court representation experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence managing a busy, varied caseload independently
• Sensitive, empathetic, client-centred approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
