Bid Writer / Manager

Overview

In this role, you will produce high-quality bid documents that clearly present our client’s value proposition, technical solutions and capabilities. You will leverage a construction background and a proven bid-writing track record to craft compelling proposals under tight deadlines. You will collaborate across teams to gather information, edit content, and manage bid projects from intake to submission. The opportunity focuses on public procurement and framework opportunities in affordable housing and refurbishment, offering meaningful impact through winning complex bids.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality bid documents that articulate value proposition, technical solutions and capabilities
• Write, edit and manage bid content from draft to final submission
• Coordinate and manage bid projects to meet tight deadlines
• Contribute to responses within public procurement and framework environments in affordable housing and refurbishment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure compliance with tender requirements

Key requirements

• Strong background in construction
• Proven track record of writing successful bids
• Excellent writing, editing and project management skills
• Experience with public procurement and framework environments (beneficial)
