Senior Finance Analyst

Overview

As Senior Finance Analyst at Kraft Heinz in London, you lead Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) for the Regional HQ (~$60m) and support month-end close for multiple entities. You partner with the Regional HQ Finance Manager to implement cost-control rituals and deliver variance analyses that inform budgeting and forecasting. You drive cross-functional finance partnering with Tax, Technology, Marketing, HR and Treasury, while owning balance sheet items and internal cost allocations. This role combines data-driven analysis with strategic insight to improve financial performance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead ZBB for Regional HQ budget (~$60m) and monitor adherence to ZBB guidelines
• Assist month-end close for Regional HQ entities with analysis and insights
• Implement Kraft Heinz cost-control culture and own ZBB rituals
• Collaborate with departments to draft annual budget based on ZBB principles
• Track spending against budget, identify risks/opportunities, and develop action plans
• Serve as Finance Business Partner to functional owners (Tax, Technology, Marketing, HR, Treasury)
• Manage one-off P&L items up to EBITDA
• Coordinate with outsourced shared services and align cross-charges across functions
• Lead annual Management Service recharge process for transfer pricing
• Oversee accounting system setup and provide expertise for Regional HQ entities
• Own balance sheet items for Regional HQ entities and support the HQ accounting team
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice settlement

Key requirements

• Knowledge in Tableau and Power BI advantageous
