Overview
In this role you will contribute to Northern Trust’s Enterprise Change Management by guiding the ECM program governance and delivery. You will support cross-functional programs, collaborating with senior leaders to apply standardized change practices. You drive program success through scope, schedule, budget, and risk management, while promoting clear communication and education. Responsibilities
- Create, drive, and administer ECM governance and program management standards
- Lead facilitation of ECM solutions across diverse programs and business units
- Define benchmarks and success metrics for continuous improvement
- Mobilize and guide teams through designated programs per governance standards
- Track scope, schedule, budget, and resources via formal reporting and committees
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies; escalate and mitigate issues
- Coordinate with Organizational Change Management to ensure effective communication around go-live
- Ensure involvement of risk, legal, procurement, compliance, and relevant systems
- Manage budgets, forecasts, actuals, and quarterly allocations; propose mitigations for spend variances
- Collaborate with Productivity Office for data capture during planning cycles
- Support ECM demand monitoring and implement new ECM offerings
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of ECM processes, standards, and templates

- Experience in a global, cross-functional environment
- BS/BA degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience in global financial services preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years in project or program management in a complex organization
- CAPM or PMP is a plus but not required
