Single Sponsor Global Clinical Project Manager II (Fully home based in Bulgaria, Spain, UK or Poland

Overview

As a Global Clinical Project Manager II at Syneos Health, you drive late-phase Hematology and Immunology trials for single-sponsor programs. You support the Clinical Trial Manager and operations team, coordinating with CROs and vendors to keep trials on track. You’ll develop and refine trial documents, master ICF templates, and site-change processes with legal and safety input. Your role blends strategic oversight with hands-on trial execution, contributing to scalable, compliant clinical programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support late-phase Hematology and Immunology trials as part of the operational team
• Liaise with CROs and vendors to manage trial tasks and timelines
• Maintain clear project communications and status reporting for alignment with study timelines
• Review, develop, and write clinical trial documents and manuals (e.g., study manuals, biomarker plans)
• Create and maintain Master ICF templates and approve site changes with legal/safety input
• Update risk templates and amend information as needed

Key requirements

• Prior sponsor-side experience
• Global study experience (not limited to a single region)
• Therapeutic area expertise in Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology, with complex/pivotal studies an asset
• End-to-end study management experience (start-up to close-out)
• Strong communication skills for fast-paced environments
• Experience with study budgets, forecasting, and variance management (CTM only)
