Overview
In this role you will assess opportunities within a busy land team to accelerate site activation. You will apply planning bias alongside land acquisition and development management experience, guiding opportunities through the planning process or advising viability for acquisition. You’ll work with planning consultants, architects, and design teams to bring sites to life, and may source deals yourself for build-out or strategic options. This is a hands-on, impactful role at an active developer with high-profile projects.

Responsibilities
- Assess opportunities and advise on viability for acquisition or planning approval
- Lead front-end planning work to progress sites quickly
- Collaborate with Senior Land Managers and Land Director on strategic decisions
- Engage planning consultants, architects, and design teams as needed
- Coordinate deal sourcing activities where applicable
- Move opportunities through the planning process to active development
- Provide expertise on proposed acquisitions and early-stage viability
Key requirements
- Planning bias with experience in land Acquisition
- Experience in Development Management
