Overview

In this role you will lead Skin Analytics’ B2B marketing, shaping demand generation, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline and revenue in the UK and international markets. You will manage a small marketing team and partner with commercial leads to align marketing activity with business priorities. You’ll own the ABM model, marketing automation, and market-entry playbooks, accelerating growth in healthcare contexts. This is a chance to scale an AI-powered clinical solution across NHS partners and international customers while shaping how marketing supports commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing prioritisation and OKRs to deliver commercial priorities
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (digital media, design) and ensure KPI delivery
  • Line-manage the B2B marketing team and foster commercial accountability
  • Support UK&I expansion, adapt positioning and channel mix for NHS and health partners
  • Develop and own international marketing playbooks and market-entry plans
  • Lead ABM infrastructure and programmes across target accounts and tiers
  • Own GTM process for new markets: market readiness, localisation, enablement
  • Oversee HubSpot platform, data integrity, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and CRM integration
  • Design and maintain attribution model connecting marketing to pipeline and revenue
  • Build AI-assisted content and reporting infrastructure, automate marketing tasks
  • Manage marketing tech stack to boost output with lean headcount
  • Maintain brand consistency across content and channels
  • Measure and report on account engagement, pipeline influence, and data integrity
  • Ensure timely marketing outputs and budget-focused performance
  • Ensure external partners meet KPIs and contribute to commercial outcomes

Key requirements

  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing ABM strategies in B2B, with impact on pipeline and deals
  • Hands-on HubSpot (or similar) experience across data management, lead scoring, lifecycle design, and CRM integration
  • Proven ability to design GTM playbooks for new geographies, including localisation and channel mix
  • Experience building HubSpot dashboards for leadership on performance and spend
  • Track record tying marketing spend to pipeline and revenue with data-driven attribution
  • Ability to run lean marketing operations using technology to drive efficiency
