Overview

In this role, you advise on high-profile, multi-country tax transactions within EY’s FTTA Funds team, delivering technically excellent consulting with a business-minded approach. You’ll lead client relationships, oversee complex projects, and mentor junior staff, contributing to growth across cross-border initiatives. You’ll operate in a collaborative, dynamic environment that values development and flexible, inclusive culture. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and win new work
• Deliver technically complex consulting projects with a practical focus
• Own quality of client service end-to-end
• Manage leads from other practice areas
• Build internal and external networks for leverage
• Coach and develop junior staff
• Contribute to team strategy and operations, including staff development and assignments

Key requirements

• Experienced tax practitioner with deep experience of tax transactions
• ATT / ACA / CA / CTA (or knowledge equivalent to CTA, e.g. law qualification)
• Graduate or equivalent work experience
• Experience managing a team and/or coaching others
• Project management skills: plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, monitor budget
