Credit & Commercial Senior Analyst

Overview

In Autolend, you will shape pricing and commercial strategy to grow high-performing motor loan portfolios while ensuring solid returns. You’ll combine analytics with funnel optimization to improve conversions and portfolio performance. You work closely with product, engineering, data, and partners to implement data-driven pricing and commercial decisions that scale with the business. This role offers visibility, ownership from day one, and a chance to influence strategic direction in a fast-moving fintech.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimise multi-channel pricing and commercial strategy to grow the business with strong returns
• Improve customer funnel and respond to data and qualitative feedback to boost performance
• Build and refine a product our customers and partners love
• Analyse data with Python and SQL to uncover opportunities and inform strategy
• Identify novel pricing and commercial approaches to apply
• Monitor competitor trends and market dynamics across acquisition channels
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and external partners to improve funnel performance
• Evaluate the success of implemented strategies and identify areas for improvement

Key requirements

• Daily coding experience with Python and SQL
• Proven experience in credit risk or commercial strategy in consumer lending
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate data into actionable decisions
• Focus on delivering results aligned with commercial and customer needs
• Collaborative, open approach with willingness to challenge assumptions
• Growth/marketing experience is a plus but not required
