Overview
In this role you will drive growth for the Real Estate segment by coordinating cross-border BD initiatives, leveraging market insights, and strengthening client relationships. You will work with the Real Estate Senior Manager and partners to align strategy and execute cross-functional campaigns. You will influence senior stakeholders, manage strategic accounts, and help shape pitches and tenders to win opportunities. This role offers hybrid working in London and a clear path to impact across global capital relationships.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of practice & industry strategy with EMEA and APAC collaboration for global connectivity
- Utilise market and client insights to stay current, identify client needs and lead generation opportunities
- Strategic account management for several real estate industry accounts
- Develop understanding of industry clients and share insights within Ashurst Perkins Coie
- Strategic decision making and planning (go/no-go) and coordinating pitches and tenders
Key requirements
- Previous experience in a law firm / industry business development environment
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is desirable
- Demonstrated experience of managing projects and/or initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact with peers and influence senior stakeholders
