Overview

In this role you act as the main liaison between Marken and its customers, driving service excellence and smooth operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet agreed service levels and support logistics programs. You’ll manage customer expectations, communicate clearly, and help implement solutions that align with Marken standards. This is a fast-paced, regulated logistics environment where you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain service levels and performance expectations with customers, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
  • Nurture relationships with customers, Account Management, and internal operations to drive service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate across functions to align activities with customer requirements, Marken guidelines, and SOPs
  • Handle requests for enhanced services and special handling, ensuring timely communication and execution
  • Collaborate with customer logistics teams to develop solutions for new requirements while adhering to Marken standards
  • Participate in regular customer meetings to review performance, discuss metrics, and identify improvement opportunities

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Healthcare, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, account management, or logistics coordination
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical trials, or transportation/logistics industry is advantageous
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
