Technical Coordinator – Surrey – Residential Developer

Overview

In this Technical Coordinator role, you will support the delivery of multiple new build residential developments from inception to completion. You work closely with the technical and architectural teams to ensure drawing packages are aligned and delivered on time, while coordinating with commercial and production teams. You will navigate design information, regulatory compliance, and project programmes to keep critical paths on track. Responsibilities

• Coordinate drawing packages with the technical and architectural teams
• Ensure timely delivery of packages and align with project schedules
• Liaise with commercial and production teams during development
• Question and verify design information across disciplines
• Interrogate design and project programmes to identify critical paths
• Communicate effectively with all disciplines and manage people and processes
• Maintain high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Support compliance with Building Regs, NHBC Standards, and sustainability considerations

Key requirements

• 3+ years of residential developer experience on multiple new build developments
• Strong knowledge of development/technical design process
• Proven experience with RC frame and timber frame residential schemes
• Ability to scrutinize design information across disciplines
• Architectural background; AutoCAD beneficial
• Understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, and sustainability
• Ability to read and interrogate project programmes and identify critical paths
• Degree or relevant professional qualification
• Strong communication across disciplines at all levels
• Highly organized with good time management and leadership capability
• Team player with effective collaboration skills
