Product Delivery Director

Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end product delivery within the Digital Enablement team, driving value through disciplined execution, budget stewardship, and cross-functional alignment. You partner with senior stakeholders to manage dependencies, releases, and delivery performance, ensuring on-time market impact. You shape strategies that balance risk, controls, and regulatory requirements while advancing a best-in-class client experience. This position offers strategic influence across product, technology, and risk functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end delivery across intake, dependencies, releases, feasibility, and product performance reporting to improve efficiency and cross-team coordination
• Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the delivery lifecycle, managing risks and targets for cost, timelines, reliability, and reusability
• Maintain visibility over timelines and blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with senior stakeholders and functional partners
• Oversee budget and financial management for delivery, including resource allocation, forecasting, and spend within approved investment
• Own change management framework across functional partners, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Coach and mentor the delivery team on best practices for resource, dependency, and deployment management to boost efficiency

Key requirements

• Extensive experience delivering technical products, projects, or technology applications at scale
• Advanced knowledge of the product delivery lifecycle, release/deployment strategies, and data-driven performance reporting
• Extensive experience leading operational management, change readiness, and enterprise-wide execution
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, timelines, and budgets to deliver outcomes on time and within investment
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder interlock and influencing senior partners across product, technology, risk, and control functions
