AI Product Management (Senior Vice President)

Overview

As SVP of AI Product Management for the AI-Hub in Manchester, you lead an enterprise AI portfolio across Operations and client-facing units in EMEA. You will shape strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver AI products that improve client experience, efficiency, risk control, and business outcomes. You’ll engage executives, drive transformation programs, and ensure governance and responsible AI practices. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on product delivery to realize multi-million-dollar value and scale AI across a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize a portfolio of AI initiatives delivering measurable business impact across client experience, operations, and risk control.
• Lead AI strategy and execution across Operations and EMEA client-facing functions and establish credibility as an AI thought leader.
• Manage executive-level client engagements, including workshops and opportunity identification, translating challenges into scalable AI roadmaps.
• Build and oversee a portfolio of AI products and transformation programs delivering multi-million-dollar value through efficiency, revenue enablement, or risk reduction.
• Partner with senior leaders across Product, Operations, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Governance to move from ideation to production deployment.
• Define and track outcome-based success metrics aligned to business objectives, adoption targets, controls, and value realization.
• Act as ambassador for AI within Manchester, shaping strategy, mentoring teams, and driving adoption while maintaining governance and regulatory standards.)

Key requirements

• Significant experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI, or related fields including enterprise-scale transformations.
• Proven track record delivering multiple AI, automation, or digital transformation programs with at least $1M+ annualized impact.
• Experience owning an enterprise product portfolio or transformation program supporting 500+ users or multiple business units.
• Experience leading executive stakeholder engagements at MD/C-suite level.
• Proven ability to convert ambiguous opportunities into funded roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, ML, Agentic Systems, Process Automation, Knowledge Management, and Data Products; track record of production-grade solutions.
