Overview

In this role, you will act as the operations hub for Gallagher’s web projects, ensuring requests are well-scoped, resourced, prioritized, and delivered on time. You’ll orchestrate web, SEO, and ads workflows across divisions, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize delivery and processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of web, SEO, and Google Ads requests across Gallagher’s divisions
  • Review incoming requests to clarify gaps and align expectations
  • Assign tasks to appropriate resources based on scope, urgency, and capacity
  • Monitor active projects, keep tasks on track, and address risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Support global teams across time zones to ensure seamless project progression

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience in workflow, delivery, and resource management in complex corporate or agency environments
  • Strong Adobe Workfront expertise and ability to drive work through a delivery process
  • Experience with web workflows, digital projects, and integrated campaigns
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Not a traditional PM or BA; capable of keeping work moving and deadlines
