Overview
In this role you will support the delivery of a new build industrial project, focusing on the technical coordination of site activities and steel frame installation. You will work within a growing main contractor, contributing to fast-paced construction for a large distribution centre and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes strong site discipline and career-driven performance to help meet project milestones. Responsibilities
- Coordinate site engineering activities and technical coordination on the project
- Support steel frame installation and associated construction activities
- Liaise with subcontractors and site teams to maintain program and quality
- Prepare and manage technical documentation, RFIs, and shop drawings as needed
- Ensure health and safety compliance and site discipline while meeting milestones
- Assist in problem-solving to keep the project on schedule and within budget
Key requirements
- Degree qualification or other relative construction qualification (ideally)
- Extensive experience with a reputable main contractor
- Experience on new build industrial and commercial projects
- Track record on fast-paced projects
