Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple education-projects (new builds and refurbishments) up to £5m
• Manage project delivery across a regional area (Southern Home Counties)
• Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of projects
• Lead and develop project teams and manage client relationships
• Understand and apply the 2-stage D&B procurement route
• Represent the company with clients in a professional, presentable manner
