Process Analyst – Manchester

Overview

In this role you will support end-to-end process analysis for squad-led changes, from discovery to implementation and review. You will map current processes to spot pain points and design future-state workflows with stakeholders. You translate findings into actionable recommendations and maintain robust process governance. You will join a data-driven, collaborative team aiming to boost efficiency and drive value across Fitch Ratings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end process analysis for squad-led changes from discovery through post-implementation review
• Lead current-state process discovery and mapping to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Design future-state processes in collaboration with process owners, SMEs, technology teams and stakeholders
• Translate analysis findings into clear, change-ready recommendations for delivery squads
• Maintain accurate process documentation and support governance and continuous improvement
• Contribute to high-quality outcomes and business value
• Stay curious and continuously learn best practices in process improvement and data-driven decision-making

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years in process analysis, business analysis, or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication and collaborative work approach
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative
